These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilko ("jilko," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilko website, platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the jilko platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of jilko, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilko's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilko.

If you are accessing jilko on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by using the platform, they are also bound by these Terms.

To be eligible to register and use jilko, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations governing online gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence and jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jilko from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilko, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jilko or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using your jilko account.

To access the full range of jilko services, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• You must create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilko account.
• You must notify jilko immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jilko will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited.

jilko reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide supporting documentation upon request.

jilko supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions on jilko are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your jilko account in real time for most payment methods.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• jilko does not accept deposits from third parties, credit cards issued in another person's name, or anonymous payment sources.
• jilko reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to originate from a prohibited source.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• jilko targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• jilko reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

jilko offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all jilko bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available to first-time registrants only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• jilko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other deceptive means — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the jilko platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jilko uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and partners with licensed game providers to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and not subject to manipulation by jilko or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the jilko server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.
• jilko reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue has affected the integrity of the outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. jilko is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections during active game sessions.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. jilko does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after they have been confirmed by the system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilko platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jilko games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jilko support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jilko platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing jilko from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jilko's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilko staff, support agents, or other players.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or any other platform rules.

All content on the jilko platform — including but not limited to the jilko name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of jilko or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilko platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilko content without prior written consent.
• Use the jilko name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on jilko's proprietary content or software.
• Use jilko content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of jilko's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jilko.

jilko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jilko, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilko implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

jilko may share your data with third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Services. jilko will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

jilko is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

jilko provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilko, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilko platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jilko platform.
• Interruption or cessation of jilko services for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected.

jilko's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilko's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilko reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, jilko will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonus amounts.

Players may also voluntarily close their jilko account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilko platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact jilko's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

jilko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilko will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the jilko platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using jilko and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jilko recommends checking this page at least once every thirty (30) days to stay informed of any updates.
